The block party is a public nuisance. Buses are turning into neighborhoods. Attendees are urinating in neighborhoods. The music does not appeal to everybody and is way too loud to the point where i can't hear the news i am watching. If it annoys just one taxpayer, it should not be aloud. Do it at the Marin Civic Center Lagoon.
