To: Distrib- City Clerk <[email protected]>; Mayor Kate <[email protected]> Subject: Council meeting comment: Fentanyl pipe thrown into my moving car in downtown SR I was driving in downtown San Rafael by the FedEx store at about 25mph and a used fentanyl pipe was throw into my car. It shattered and got glass all over my child’s car seat.
Pic below.
I live in the sun valley neighborhood and have never felt so unsafe in my own community - and I used to live in SF.
I will be coming to the city council meeting tonight to share.
