Mayor Kate called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. and invited City Clerk Lindsay Lara to call the roll.
All members of the City Council were present.
STUDY SESSION
a. City Council Goals and Objectives Workshop
The City Council will conduct a goals and objectives workshop, facilitated by Jacob Green and Associates, Inc. The purpose of the workshop is to build alignment around the City Council’s vision for this next three-year goals and objectives plan period. The City Council will review and discuss draft goals and objectives which will inform the City’s budget development process and provide a roadmap for organizational success City Manager Cristine Alilovich provided comments on the process for the evening and introduced Jacob Green from Jacob Green and Associates who guided the discussion around the draft three-year goals and objectives discussion.
Mayor Kate invited public comment; but there was none.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor Kate adjourned the meeting at 5:26 p.m.
