At the May 5th City Council study session on the City's 3-year budget plan, Bill Carney and I spoke to the importance of including funds for the General Plan 2040 tree policies. Manager Alilovich replied that it would be considered in the DPW's detailed annual work plan. We do not see any mention of funding for the General Plan's tree policies in the document before you.
We look forward to seeing funding for the General Plan's tree policies in the DPW work plan.
