Hello. As you may be aware, we have been in discussions with the City regarding the Construction Vehicle Impact Fee for the 930 Irwin project. Specifically, we do not feel the full amount of the fee is warranted or legal for this project. We have requested a reduction of the fee as allowed by law, but have not received a formal answer. Given the impact this fee has on the viability of the project, we will be forced to explore legal options against the City if this issue is not resolved promptly.
We look forward to a response from the City ASAP. Thank you.
