This Governance document, as a whole, should
indude consequences for Councilmembers
if they do not adhere to this Governance.
For example, page #e3 states:
"Council members may only communicate 'city
positions' that the full city council has voted
on in open session. " On October 15, 2925

This arses because it is my under standin
that a me resident contacted Councilmembr
Kerts to request her to meet with the
community to ciscuss the 350 Merryosle
Project and Councilmenber Kertz refused
to meet. Therefore, the requested
language change will encourage and stite
the expeetstion that councilmembers engage
with consituents.
3 - Councilmember Kertz commented on
alias emails. In my opinion, even
the use of the term alias
demonstrates Councilmembers;
vilinness to hide infermation
erodes trust.
