Hello, This is for public comment if possible. My name is Steven Bryant, and I am President of the Loch Lomond Homeowners Association in East San Rafael. Earlier tonight, December 1, the pavement project manager provide and update and cited the 2021/2022 repaving work completed in Loch Lomond and surrounding areas. Unfortunately, much of this worked was destroyed by the water improvement projects. Before that project began, we were informed that the roadways would be restored to their prior condition. This did not occur and in our conversations with the vendor, the patchwork they have completed is the full extent of their repair work. Can you please advise on the next steps so that our roadways can be restored to their pre-construction condition? Thank you.
