Subject: San Rafael temporarily bans homeless campers at City Hall
Hello Kate
All the homeless are creating hygiene
concerns, rats, etc
intrusion, alternative place all these
homeless people
on clean up details, wash, scrub down with
approperiate equipment City of San Rafael
and mandated that they shower and clean up
their personal property
tents etc.
This will be appropriate for thier lives
and for the entire
City of San Rafael, help restore everyone's
values in life.
I understand this with all my years helping
others, since my youngest brother passed
away last year,
homeless, even though he worked FT plus OT
Smart and Final San Mateo. Unaware of his
lifestyle, we text one another weekly.
Please do share this with your fellow
council members
and everyone who is helping the homeless
regain their lifestyles. Achieve healthy
outreach, share with everyone
throughout bay region.
