CITY OF SAN RAMON CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING
January 18, 2022
1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
Prior to roll call, the City Attorney made an announcement that the meeting was conducted pursuant to the provisions under Assembly Bill 361 relaxing the requirements pertaining to remote meetings under the Brown Act. AB 361 authorizes state and local legislative bodies including the City Council, to hold public meetings by teleconference.
AB 361 allow public meetings accessible to the public via electronic means, including telephone.
The City Council and City Clerk were instructed to take roll call votes for the meeting.
The City Clerk conducted Roll Call.

2. NEW BUSINESS
2.1 Minute Order No. 2022-001 - Authorizing the Continued Use of Teleconferencing for the Meetings of All City Legislative Bodies for the Next 30 Days, Pursuant to the Provisions of AB 361 and as Adopted by Minute Order No. 2021-005 Recommendation: Approve Minute Order No. 2022-001
Cm. Perkins' motion to adopt Minute Order No. 2022-001 was seconded by Cm.
Armstrong. A roll call vote was taken and the motion was approved 3-0-2-0. Mayor Hudson and Cm. Zafar were absent.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 5:05pm.
