CITY OF SAN RAMON CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING
February 7, 2022
1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order at 6:03 p.m.
Prior to roll call, the City Clerk made an announcement that the meeting was conducted pursuant to the provisions under Assembly Bill 361 relaxing the requirements pertaining to remote meetings under the Brown Act. AB 361 authorizes state and local legislative bodies including the City Council, to hold public meetings by teleconference. AB 361 allow public meetings accessible to the public via electronic means, including telephone.
The City Council and City Clerk were instructed to take roll call votes for the meeting.
The City Clerk conducted Roll Call.

2. NEW BUSINESS
2.1 Economic Development Advisory Committee Appointments Cm. Perkins’ motion to appoint Dave Thompson as the Chamber of Commerce representative with a term to expire January 2024; Terry Koehne, Michael Lee, David Owens, Patience Ofodu, Chadi Chazbek, and (Lily) Min Zhu as regular members with terms expiring January 2024; and Sushanta Chakraborty as a regular member with a term to expire January 2023 was seconded by Vice Mayor Verose. A roll call vote was taken and the motion was approved 5-0-0-0.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

SECONDER: Sridhar Verose, Vice Mayor

3. ADJOURNMENT
