5.1 Proposed Appropriation of $126,642 from Fund 201, Planning Cost Recovery Fees, to Fund CIP 969003 for Amendment #1 to the Mintier Harnish Consultant Contract for Additional Environmental Review, Additional Traffic Analysis, and Climate Action Plan Data Collection and Analysis Related to the Housing Element, General Plan Updates, and Related Actions, for a Total Amount Not to Exceed $1,226,321.
