2. PUBLIC COMMENT
Elena de Formosa spoke about her concerns on the non-disclosure amount expected to pay for new trails maintenance, requested that East Bay Regional Park District pay for City police services, and encouraged Council Member Zafar to join the Open Space Committee.

Report by Roger Burton from Precision Actuarial, the Consulting Actuary for GovInvest
Public Comment was received from Elena de Formosa requesting clarification on who prepared the report, authenticity on its numbers, and report's conclusion.
The Finance Committee accepted the report.
