10.1 Recognition of Outgoing Councilmember Sabina Zafar upon her departure from the City Council.
Introduction by City Manager Joe Gorton. Mayor Hudson read a City proclamation for Cm. Zafar outlining her achievements with the City of San Ramon.
Public comment was received from Kumar Nallusamy, Fire Chief Paige Meyer from San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District, Kevin, and Dominique Yancey.
10.2 Administration of the Oath of Office to Councilmember Mark Armstrong The City Clerk administered the Oath of Office to Mark Armstrong and Marisol Rubio as Councilmembers. The Clerk administered the Oath of Office to Dave Hudson as Mayor.
