1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order at 3:00 p.m.

2. CLOSED SESSION
2.1 Convene to Closed Session pursuant to Govt. Code §59457(b) for the Consideration of City Manager Appointment
The City Council convened to closed session at 3:01 p.m. and returned to the regular meeting at 6:02 p.m.
2.2 Report on Closed Session
The Mayor stated, by a vote of 5-0 the City Council has directed the City Manager to bring a proposed contract to the next regular meeting of the City Council appointing Steven Spedowfski as Interim City Manager beginning January 10, 2023.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 6:04 p.m.
