2. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
2.1 Review of Options for the Crow Canyon Garden's Master Plan Recommendation: City Council and Parks and Community Services Commission Review the Options Presented by Placeworks, Inc. and Provide Feedback to Staff on Preferred Alternatives for the Incorporation of Elements of the Former Mudd’s Restaurant and Design of the Crow Canyon Gardens Park
Public Works Division Manager Robin Bartlett presented the staff report.
Placeworks Principal Isabelle Minn, and Page & Turnbull Senior Associate Greg Yanito presented landscape and architecture design options for the site.
Vice Mayor Armstrong opened public comment. Public Comment was received from Don Birnbaum, Country Code 886 Taiwan, Michel Raad, Jim Blickenstaff, and Deb Briggs. Written public comment was received from Michel Raad. Vice Mayor Armstrong closed public comment.
Public Works Division Director Kathi Heimann, and Page and Turnbull Principal Lana Kocherovsky answered questions of the Council and Commission.
The Council and Commission provided comments and direction to staff and consultants.
