1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.

2. CLOSED SESSION
Vice Mayor Armstrong opened public comment. Public comment was received from Tywon Sacontrie. Vice Mayor Armstrong closed public comment.
The City Council convened to closed session at 6:05 p.m.
2.1 Convene to Closed Session (California Government Code § 54956.9) for Conference with Legal Counsel regarding Existing Litigation: Citizens Against Market Place Apartment/Condo Development, Petitioner, vs. City of San Ramon Mayor David E. Hudson; City Council of San Ramon; Planning Commission of the City of San Ramon; and Lauren Barr, an individual, in his official capacity as Zoning Manager of the City of San Ramon, Respondents (Case No.: N22-1955).
The City Council reconvened from closed session at 7:58 p.m.
2.2 Report on Closed Session
Vice Mayor Armstrong stated, the City Council has met in closed session to discuss the subject litigation, and has nothing to report at that time.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:58 p.m.
