1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order at 5:03 p.m.

2. NEW BUSINESS
2.1 Planning Commission Interviews and Appointment
The City Council conducted interviews of eight applicants and considered the application for one applicant who was not able to attend.
The City Council took a break at 6:27 p.m. and reconvened at 6:57 p.m.
Vice Mayor Armstrong opened public comment. Public comment was received from Elena Formosa, and Susie Ferris-Inderkum. Vice Mayor Armstrong closed public comment.
Cm. Perkins' motion to appoint Sayad Ashar Ahmed as a regular member of the Planning Commission with a term to expire in June 2027 was seconded by Cm.
Rubio. The motion was approved 4-0-1-0. Mayor Hudson was absent.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:53 p.m.
