1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Rubio called the regular meeting of the Infrastructure Committee to order at 2:00 p.m.

2.1 Minutes of the April 27, 2023 regular meeting, approved as written (Armstrong/Rubio). Passed unanimously 2-0.

6.1 San Ramon Community Center Renovation Project (CIP 200003), Phase 2 Exterior Renovations – Terrace Room Patio
Mike Dodds provided the Committee with three new options for the shade structures on the Terrace Room Patio. Changes had to be made due to the Fire Marshall requiring the shade structures be 20 feet from the building.
Committee members supported Option 3.

Chair Rubio adjourned the meeting at 2:44 p.m.
