5.1 Recommendation to the City Council Authorizing a Loan from the General Fund of $701,000 to the Affordable Housing Trust Fund (Fund 371), and Payment to Standard Aspen Wood Venture LP in the Amount of $4,948,387.13 from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund (Fund 371).
The Finance Committee accepted the report and recommended forwarding to the City Council for approval.
