1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
Also in attendance: City Manager Steven Spedowfski, City Attorney Martin Lysons, City Clerk Christina Franco, Deputy City Manager Scott Koll, Executive Assistant Karen McHenry-Smith, Interim Public Works Director Maria Fierner, Police Chief Denton Carlson, Parks and Community Services Director Kathi Heimann, Planning Services Division Manager Lauren Barr, Chief Building Official Vance Phillips, Public Works Division Managers Jon Bell, Robin Bartlett, Brian Borenstein, Chris Weeks, Human Resources Division Manager Megan O’Donoghue, Parks and Community Services Division Manager Brad Morris, and Finance Program Manager Vivian Gong.
2. WORKSHOP
2.1 Development of Goals for Fiscal Year 2024/2025.
Introduction by City Manager Steven Spedowfski. The workshop was facilitated by Christine Butterfield and Magda Gonzales from BakerTilly.
The Mayor opened public comment. There was no public comment received. The Mayor closed public comment.
The City Council took a break at 9:53 a.m. and returned at 10:08 a.m.
The City Council took a break at 12:00 p.m. and returned at 1:00 p.m.
The City Council provided direction and feedback to staff.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 2:35 p.m.
