1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 3:37 p.m.
Also in attendance; City Manager Steven Spedowfski, City Attorney Martin Lysons, City Clerk Christina Franco, Administrative Services Director Kelly Sessions, Police Chief Denton Carlson, Parks and Community Services Director Kathi Heimann, Planning Services Division Manager Lauren Barr, and Public Works Division Manager Brian Bornstein.
2. NEW BUSINESS
2.1 Cost Allocation Plan and User Fee Study
Introduction by Kelly Sessions, Administrative Services Director. Presentation of the item by Courtney Ramos with Matrix Consulting Group.
The City Council provided comments and direction to staff.
