The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

8.1 Resolution No. 2024-048 - Public Hearing: Declaring Results of Majority Protest Proceedings and Renewing the San Ramon Valley Tourism Improvement District Staff report by Scott Koll, Deputy City Manager. Mr. Koll stated the City Clerk had not received any protests.
Vice Mayor Perkins' motion to open the public hearing was seconded by Cm. Verose.
The motion passed 5-0-0-0.

Cm. Verose's motion to approve Resolution No. 2024-048 declaring results of majority protest proceedings and renewing the San Ramon Valley Tourism Improvement District was seconded by Vice Mayor Perkins. The motion passed 5-0-0-0.
8.2 Cost Allocation Plan and User Fee Study; and Discussion of Establishing Fees and Charges for Various Municipal Services for Fiscal Year 2024/25 Recommendation: Provide Direction to Staff
