CITY COUNCIL MEETING
July 25, 2024
1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Also in attendance: City Clerk Christina Franco and Deputy City Clerk
2. COUNCIL BUSINESS
Cm. Rubio's motion to move item 2.3 before 2.1 was seconded by Cm. Armstrong. The motion passed 5-0-0-0.
2.1 Parks & Community Services Commission Interviews and Appointments The City Council interviewed four candidates.
Vice Mayor Perkins' motion to appoint Terry Koehne to the Parks and Community Services Commission with a term to expire June 2027, was seconded by Cm. Rubio. The motion passed 5-0-0-0.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
AYES: Hudson, Perkins, Armstrong, Verose, Rubio
2.2 Contra Costa County Library Commission Interviews and Appointment Vice Mayor Perkins' motion to Marina Hsieh as the San Ramon representative to the Contra Costa County Library Commission was seconded by Cm. Rubio. The motion passed 5-0-0-0.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

2.3 Open Space Advisory Committee Interviews and Appointments Vice Mayor Perkins' motion to appoint Jaideep Vijayakar and Diana Korpi as regular members; Suresh Kadiyala as an alternate member; and Seth Adams as the NonGovernmental member, all with terms to expire July 2026 was seconded by Cm. Verose.
The motion passed 5-0-0-0.
