8.1 Recognition of Outgoing Mayor David E. Hudson and Vice Mayor Scott Perkins upon their departure from the City Council.
Councilmember Armstrong read a City Proclamation for Vice Mayor Perkins outlining his achievements. City Manager Steven Spedowfski presented Vice Mayor Perkins with gifts from the city.
