1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 4:12 p.m.

2. COUNCIL BUSINESS
2.1 Planning Commission Interviews and Appointment
Mayor Armstrong opened public comment. Public comment was received from Eric Wallis. Mayor Armstrong closed public comment.
The City Council conducted eight interviews. Jim Hansen withdrew his application.
Vice Mayor Verose's motion to appoint Beatriz "Betty" Avila to the Planning Commission for a term to expire in June 2027, was seconded by Cm. Rubio. The motion passed 5-0-0-0.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:57 p.m.
