City Council Special Meeting

1. Call to Order/ Roll Call
The meeting was called to order at 5: 00 PM.
Present:
Mayor Mark Armstrong
Vice Mayor Marisol Rubio
Councilmember Richard Adler
Councilmember Robert Jweinat
Councilmember Sridhar Verose
Also in attendance: City Manager Steven Spedowfski, City Attorney Martin Lysons, and City Clerk Joan Snashall.
2. Council Business
2. 1. Discussion and Direction Regarding Public Hearing Procedures City Attorney Martin Lysons presented an overview of the public hearing procedures and responded to questions from the Council.
Councilmember Verose arrived late and joined the dais at 5: 20 p.m.
Public comments were received from Elana Formosa and Greg Carr. Written public comments were received from Brian Swanson.
The Council requested that updates be made to the conduct of meetings resolution and the item be brought back for further discussion at a future meeting.
3. Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 6: 59 p. m.
