Mayor Carbone opened the meeting at 4:01 p.m.

Mayor Carbone renumbered the agenda and indicated that Agenda item 1 will be Call to Order and that Agenda item 2 will be Roll Call.

Counsel discussed salaries of unrepresented employees. No action was taken.
Labor negotiator was directed to bring item regarding salaries back to council at its next council meeting.

There was consensus of the Council to adjourn the meeting at 5:00 p.m.to the next regularly scheduled Council meeting on January 18, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. ________________________
