Mayor Carbone called the meeting to order at 3:01 p.m.

3:02 p.m. Mayor Carbone opened the floor for public Comment, and seeing none, closed the floor to public comment.

3A. City Council/Successor Agency Board adjourned to Closed Session regarding:
Conference with labor negotiator (Cal. Gov. Code Sections 54957(b)(1) to Consider Candidates for City Manager Position
Agency Negotiator: Paul Kimura, Avery Associate
5:29 p.m.
3B. Re-adjourned to Open Session to report any action taken at the conclusion of Closed Session in accordance with California Government Code section 54957.1 Council directed the Agency Negotiator to negotiate with the selected candidate.
