3. CLOSED SESSION
3A. City Council/Successor Agency Board to Adjourn to Closed Session Regarding Public Employee Performance Evaluation, Government Code§54957
Title: City Manager Performance Evaluation
Council discussed City Manager's annual performance evaluation. 3B. Re-adjourn to Open Session to report any action taken at the conclusion of Closed Session in accordance with Government Code §54957.1 Interim City Attorney reported out the Council conducted and completed the City Manager's regular scheduled annual performance review and concluded that overall, the City Manager's performance in the last year was excellent.

Council adjourned the meeting at approximately 5:15pm.
