City Council/Successor Agency Board to Adjourn to Closed Session, Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation: Significant Exposure to Litigation Government Code §549563.9(d)2. Number of Cases: One.
Council discussed significant exposure to litigation, one case.
Re-adjourn to Open Session to report any action taken at the conclusion of Closed Session in accordance with California Government Code section 54957.1
Interim City Attorney reported out the Council received updates and provided direction to legal counsel.
