Mayor Carbone called the meeting to order at 4:33PM.

Re-adjourn to Open Session to report any action taken at the conclusion of Closed Session in accordance with California Government Code section 54957.1
Interim City Attorney Adam Lindgren reported out the Council received updates and there is no reportable action.
