3. CLOSED SESSION
3A. Public Employee Performance Evaluation Pursuant to Government Code §54957 Title:
City Manager
3B. Conference with Labor Negotiators pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6.
Negotiators: Vibeke Norgaard, City Manager, Adam Lindgren, Interim City Attorney, and Che Johnson, LCW Attorney. Employee Organization: Police Officers Association 3C. Re-adjourn to Open Session to report any action taken at the conclusion of Closed Session in accordance with California Government Code section 54957.1 Interim City Attorney Adam Lindgren reported on Item 3A; Council conducted and concluded the City Manager's regularly scheduled annual performance evaluation and overall, the City Council concluded that in the last year, the City Manager's performance was great. The City Council and the City Manager had a productive collaborative evaluation and the City Manager received valuable feedback to help further improve performance in the coming year.
Mayor Carbone reported Item 3B, will be continued to a date uncertain.
