City Council/Successor Agency Board to adjourned to Closed Session regarding:
Conference with labor negotiators pursuant to Government Code §54957.6.
Negotiators: Vibeke Norgaard. City Manager. Adam Lindgren, Interim City Attorney. and Che Johnson, LCW Attorney. Employee Organization: Police Officer's Association 3B. Re-adjourned to Open Session to report any action taken at the conclusion of Closed Session in accordance with California Government Code§54957.1 Interim City Attorney Adam Lindgren reported the Council received updates from labor negotiators and provided direction to labor negotiators. No reportable action was taken.

City Council adjourned the meeting at approximately 5:00 PM.
