3D. Re-adjourn to Open Session to report any action taken at the conclusion of Closed Session in accordance with California Government Code§54957.1 Interim City Attorney Adam Lindgren reported on Items 3A and 3C, Council received information and provided direction, no reportable action taken.
1 City Manager Vibeke Norgaard reported on Item 3B, the Council conducted the Interim City Attorney's Performance Evaluation and concluded overall the Interim City Attorney's performance has been exemplary.
