JOINT SAND CITY COUNCIL AND SUCCESSOR AGENCY OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
City Council Special Meeting - Tuesday, July 16, 2024 4:30 PM Mayor Carbone called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM.

City Council/Successor Agency Board to adjourn to Closed Session regarding:
Mayor Carbone stated for the record Item 3B would be considered first followed by Item 3A.
3A. Conference with legal counsel-existing litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956.9(d)(1 ). Number of cases: one. Successor Agency to the Sand City Redevelopment Agency v. Stephensaw (Case No. 34-2022-80004053)
38. Conference with labor negotiators pursuant to Government Code §54957.6.
Negotiators: Vibeke Norgaard, City Manager, Adam Lindgren, Interim City Attorney, and Che Johnson, Attorney Employee organization: Police Officers Association.
Interim City Attorney Adam Lindgren reported on Items 3A & 38; Council received updates and provided direction and no reportable action was taken.
