Amend the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Scope and Budget for the General City Planning Services contract to include a “Long-Range” planning requests budget, allowing City Staff to call on EMC Planning Group to assist with these types of projects. Examples of Long-Range planning requests that have been on-going in the past fiscal year and in this new fiscal year (2024-2025) are described above. These types of Long-Range planning efforts do not fall under our General City Planning Services contract (e.g., over the counter assistance, standard permit processing, noticing, staff reports, resolutions, etc.). After reviewing the long-range efforts described above and the grant writing efforts on behalf of the City, we suggest an annual contract amendment of an additional $180,000 for each year of the 3-year contract.
Thank you for selecting EMC Planning Group to support Sand City’s Planning efforts. We value our on-going relationship with Sand City and envision the City making great strides in implementing their vision and plans over the next several years.
Sincerely,
