38. Conference with real property negotiators pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8. Property Address: The former railroad right of way within the City of Seaside between Canyon Del Rey/218 and Contra Costa Avenue in Sand City; APN 011-301-028-000; City negotiators: City Manager Vibeke Norgaard, City Attorney Adam Lindgren. Negotiating parties: City of Seaside 3C. Re-adjourn to Open Session to report any action taken at the conclusion of Closed Session in accordance with Government Code Section 54957.1 .
