The City Council called their Special Meeting to order at 5:01 PM.

Present: Mayor Pro Tem Daniel Martinez, Councilmember Humberto Garza, Councilmember Esmeralda Hurtado, Councilmember Michael Montelongo
Absent: Mayor Eli Ontiveros

The Council by motion of Councilmember Garza approved the agenda as presented. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Hurtado and approved by the following vote:

F. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Hilda Cantu Montoy announced that after an investigation by the City’s Claims Administrator, no evidence of negligence or liability was found on the City. On a vote of five to zero, the City Council voted to reject the claim.
G. ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business, the Council adjourned their Special Meeting at 6:05 PM.
