The City Council called their Special Meeting to order at 5:02 PM.
B. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Pro Tem Daniel Martinez, Councilmember Humberto Garza, Councilmember Michael Montelongo
Absent: Mayor Eli Ontiveros, Councilmember Esmeralda Hurtado C. AGENDA APPROVAL
The Council by motion of Mayor Pro Tem Martinez, approved the Special City Council Agenda as presented. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Michael Montelongo and approved by the following vote:
APPROVED: MARTINEZ,GARZA.MONTELONGO
ABSTAIN:
ABSENT: ONTIVEROS, HURTADO
D. PUBLIC COMMENT PRIOR TO CLOSED SESSION

E. CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:04 PM.

CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS

The Council reconvened their Special Meeting at 6 PM.
Councilmember Esmeralda Hurtado joined the meeting at 6 PM.

City Attorney Hilda Cantu Montoy announced no reportable action was taken in Closed Session.
