A. CALL TO ORDER
The City Council called their Special Meeting to order at 5:30 PM.
B. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Eli Ontiveros, Councilmember Garza, Councilmember Montelongo
Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Martinez, Councilmember Esmeralda Hurtado C. AGENDA APPROVAL
The Council my motion of Councilmember Garza approved the agenda as presented. The motion was seconded by Councilmember Montelongo and approved by the following vote:
AYES: ONTIVEROS, GARZA, MONTELONGO
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: MARTINEZ, HURTADO
D. PUBLIC COMMENT PRIOR TO CLOSED SESSION
There were no public comments.
E. CLOSED SESSION
The Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:32 PM.

Under Negotiation: Terms of Payment
Mayor Pro Tem Martinez and Councilmember Hurtado arrived after the start of the Closed Session and joined the Council in Closed Session.
The Council reconvened their Special Meeting at 6:05 PM.
CITY ATTORNEY REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Hilda Montoy announced that the City Council voted to terminate the sale for property APN 332-042-59T and APN 332-042-94T by a vote of 5 to 0.

The City Council adjourned their Special Meeting at 6:06 PM.
