The City Council called their Special Meeting to order at 5:32 PM.

Present: Mayor Frank Gonzalez, Mayor Pro Tem Daniel Martinez, Councilmember Esmeralda Hurtado, Councilmember Michael Montelongo
Absent: Councilmember Dolores Melendez
C. AGENDA APPROVAL
The Council by motion of Councilmember Montelongo approved the agenda as presented. The motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Martinez and approved by the following vote:

ABSENT: MELENDEZ
