The Council called their Special Meeting to order at 6:01 PM.

Present: Mayor Frank Gonzalez, Mayor Pro Tem Daniel Martinez, Councilmember Esmeralda Hurtado, Councilmember Michael Montelongo, Councilmember Dolores Melendez
Absent: None
C. AGENDA APPROVAL
The Council by motion of Councilmember Montelongo approved the agenda as posted. The motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Martinez and approved by the following vote:
AYES: GONZALEZ, MARTINEZ, HURTADO, MONTELONGO, MELENDEZ NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
D. PUBLIC FORUM
Osvald Vera said the Acting City Manager made a mistake in closing the boxing gym.

The Council adjourned to Closed Session at 6:03 PM.
