The Council called their Special Meeting to order at 6:00 PM.

The Council by motion of Mayor Pro Tem Martinez approved the agenda as posted. The motion was seconded by Council Member Montelongo and approved by the following vote:

An item addressing the salary range with options will be on the next City Council agenda.
