The City Council called their Special Meeting to order at 5:00 PM.
B. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Frank Gonzalez, Mayor Pro Tem Daniel Martinez, Council Member Michael Montelongo
Absent: Council Member Esmeralda Hurtado, Council Member Dolores Melendez
C. AGENDA APPROVAL
The Council by motion of Council Member Montelongo approved the agenda as posted. The motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Martinez and approved by the following vote:
AYES: GONZALEZ, MARTINEZ, MONTELONGO
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: HURTADO, MELENDEZ
D. PUBLIC FORUM
Unidentified member of the audience summarized the delay she is experiencing in receiving a Certificate of Occupancy.
E. CLOSED SESSION
The Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:07 PM.
Council Member Hurtado arrived at approximately 5:15 PM and joined the Council in Closed Session.

F. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Hilda Cantu Montoy announced Council Member Melendez was absent from Closed Session and Mayor Pro Tem Martinez left and was gone for 20 minutes then returned.
City Attorney Montoy announced no reportable action was taken in Closed Session.
G. ADJOURNMENT
The Council adjourned their Special Meeting at 6:04 PM.
