The City Council called their Special Meeting to order at 5:30 PM.
B. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Frank Gonzalez, Mayor Pro Tem Daniel Martinez, Council Member Esmeralda Hurtado, Council Member Dolores Melendez
Absent: Council Member Michael Montelongo
C. AGENDA APPROVAL
The Council by motion of Council Member Hurtado approved the agenda as posted. The motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Martinez and approved by the following vote:
AYES: GONZALEZ, MARTINEZ, HURTADO, MELENDEZ
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: MONTELONGO

E. CLOSED SESSION
The Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:31 PM.

City Manager
Council Member Montelongo arrived at approximately 5:35 PM and joined the Council in Closed Session.
The Council reconvened their Special Meeting at 6:03 PM.
F. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Hilda Cantu Montoy announced that Council Member Montelongo arrived late, all Council Members were present, and no reportable action was taken in Closed Session.
