The Council called their Special Meeting to order at 4:30 PM.
B. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Frank Gonzalez, Mayor Pro Tem Daniel Martinez, Council Member Michael Montelongo
Absent: Council Member Esmeralda Hurtado, Council Member Dolores elendez
C. AGENDA APPROVAL
The Council by motion of Council Member Montelongo approved the agenda as posted. The motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Martinez and approved by the following vote:
AYES: GONZALEZ, MARTINEZ, MONTELONGO
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: HURTADO, MELENDEZ

E. CLOSED SESSION
The Council adjourned to Closed Session at 4:31 PM.

PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT/EMPLOYMENT
City Manager
Council Member Esmeralda Hurtado and Council Member Dolores Melendez arrived at approximately 4:35 p.m. and joined the Council in Closed Session.
The Council reconvened their Special Meeting at 6:00 p.m. City Attorney Hilda Cantu Montoy announced Closed Session will resume after the end of the Regular Meeting
The Council called for a recess of the Special Meeting at 6:02 p.m.
The Council reconvened their Special Meeting at 7:07 p.m. and adjourned into Closed Session.
