The City Council called their Special Meeting to order at 5:32 pm.
B. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Frank Gonzalez, Mayor Pro Tem Daniel Martinez, Council Member Esmeralda Hurtado, Council Member Dolores Melendez
Absent: Council Member Michael Montelongo
C. AGENDA APPROVAL
The Council by motion of Mayor Pro Tem Martinez approved the agenda as posted. The motion was seconded by Council Member Hurtado and approved by the following vote:

NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE

The Council reconvened their Special Meeting at 6:03 pm.
City Attorney Hilda Cantu Montoy announced Council Member Montelongo arrived approximately 10 minutes late, and all Council Members were present. The Special Meeting will recess and continue after the Regular Meeting adjourns.
The Council recessed the Special Meeting at 6:04 pm.
The Council reconvened their Special Meeting at 6:30 pm and adjourned into Closed Session.
The Council reconvened from Closed Session at 7:43 pm.
F. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Montoy announced no reportable action was taken in Closed Session.
G. ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business, the Council adjourned their Special Meeting at 7:44 pm.
