The City Council called their Special Meeting to order at 5:00 pm.
B. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Pro Tem Daniel Martinez, Council Member Esmeralda Hurtado, Council Member Michael Montelongo
Absent: Mayor Frank Gonzalez, Council Member Dolores Melendez
C. AGENDA APPROVAL
The Council by motion of Council Member Montelongo approved the agenda as posted. The motion was seconded by Council Member Hurtado and approved by the following vote:

ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: GONZALEZ, MELENDEZ

The Council reconvened their Special meeting at 6:00 pm.
F. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Hilda Cantu Montoy announced that the Council denied the claim against the City from Leon Yang on a vote of 4 to 0 with Mayor Gonzalez absent.
G. ADJOURNMENT
Being no further business, the Council adjourned their Special meeting at 6:00 pm.
