1. SUBJECT: City of Sanger Operating and Capital Improvement Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025.
The City Council held a public hearing to discuss the City of Sanger Operating and Capital Improvement Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025.
Public comment:

The Council closed the public hearing.
The Council by motion of Council Member Montelongo adopted:
1. Resolution No. 2024-36 approving the City Operating Budget and City Capital Improvement Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 and the Measure S Expenditure Plan;
2. Resolution No. 2024-37 establishing the Appropriations Limit for Fiscal Year 2024-2025;
3. Resolution No. 2024-38 authorizing the Regular Full-Time and Regular Part-Time positions in the City service effective July 1, 2024, in accordance with the operating budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025;
4. Resolution No. 2024-39 adopting the City of Sanger’s Investment Policy for Fiscal Year 2024-2025;
5. Resolution No. 2024-40 adopting Master Salary Tables for all employees for Fiscal Year 2024-2025.
The motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Martinez and approved by the following vote:

The City of Sanger as Successor Agency to the Sanger Redevelopment Agency by motion of Board Member Martinez adopted Resolution No. 24-01 approving the City of Sanger as Successor Agency to the Sanger Redevelopment Agency Budget for Fiscal year 2024-2025. The motion was seconded by Board Member Melendez and approved by the following vote:

he Council by motion of Council Member Hurtado approved the sole source agreement between Price Paige and Company and the City of Sanger for financial consulting services in the amount of $231,200, and authorized the City Manager, or designee, to execute the required contract for services. The motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Martinez and approved by the following vote:
