The City Council called their Special Meeting to order at 5:30 PM.
B. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Frank Gonzalez, Council Member Michael Montelongo, Council Member Dolores Melendez
Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Martinez, Council Member Esmeralda Hurtado
C. AGENDA APPROVAL
The Council by motion of Council Member Melendez approved the agenda as posted. The motion was seconded by Council Member Montelongo and approved by the following vote:

The Council reconvened their Special Meeting at 6:00 PM.
F. CITY ATTORNEY REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Hilda Montoy announced that Council Member Esmeralda Hurtado had joined the meeting during closed session.
City Attorney Hilda Montoy announced that the City Council denied the claim against the City from Selphina Ortiz on a vote of 5 to 0.
G. ADJOURNMENT
The Council adjourned their Special Meeting at 6:03 PM.
